Morten Huseby
CEO
Morten holds a M.Sc. in digital signal processing from University of Oslo. Together with over 15 years of experience in the cable industry, Morten has the perfect combination of academic and industrial experience and is the mastermind behind Wirescan Digital. He is the one who firmly holds Wirescan teams’ hands and leads the world into the future with digitalized cable condition assessment and monitoring. He can get anything he gets his mind on. The creativity is endless and results not only in Wierscan sensors fro online monitoring but in his famous guitar solos and, released four high-rated albums he released together with his band Jack Stillwater. He is a wizard both with frequencies and acoustics.
Kjetil Fagervik
CTO
Kjetil likes creating technological and commercial successes. He holds a Ph.D. in digital signal processing from University of Surrey and a BEng in Electronics from the same university. When he is not immersed in Wirescan Digital creative process, he runs a major logistics support operation for his teenage children outside of work, but uses the local nature for exercise and mental health when time allows.
Tatjana Sadyrina
VP Business Development
Tatjana Alexa has a 25 years’ international experience in building big companies out of small genius start ups, scaling big companies into global corporations, opening sealed doors and making crucial international deals happen. Her credo is “yes it is impossible but absolutely doable”. She left her trace in oil & gas, renewables, energy efficiency, nuclear anti-terrorism and international relations. She held various C-level position in large international groups and built several companies as owner or managing partner. Still she dreams of dancing as a prima of the New York Ballet and has a serious Formula 1 addiction. She holds MA in Psychology, Linguistics, Arts and Project Management and an AI Certificate from Stanford therefore sees the world and events in a creative strategic digitalized context.
Vidar Bergli
VP Sales
Vidar is an experienced international sales executive. His 25+ years’ career is dedicated to he energy industry, electronics and telecom. He was a key executive with Ericsson, Texas Instruments and Nexans before he joined Wirescan. When not on the road or in sales meetings, Vidar recharges his energy hiking in the Norwegian wilderness, and renovating his beautiful home just outside Oslo.
Vidar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Business Finance Degree from Norwegian Business School.
Anders A. Berge
CFO
Anders holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Economics and is a certified financial analyst. He has a broad financial background from working with early-stage technology companies in different roles, including CFO, investor, and financial adviser with long experience from financing- and mergers & acquisition transactions. In Wirescan Anders is the housekeeper as well as a member of the strategy + business development team. If Anders it not busy with Wirescan stuff or being the father of five sons, he would rather spend his time hiking or cross country skiing.

Software Engineer
Morten is a software genius who is passionate about learning and exploring the unknown.
He strives to come up with creative solutions for complex problems, when it's appropriate...
When he's not busy contemplating the problems of the World, you'll find him creating electronic music or programming video games.
Björn Sonerud
R&D Responsible
Björn Sonerud holds a Ph. D. in High Voltage Engineering, a M. Arts in History of Science and a B. Sc. in Psychology and has over ten years of experience in the cable industry. He is a specialized jack-of-all-trades who enjoys analysing, developing, and playing all kinds of games.
Henrik Egeland
Software Engineer
Henrik is software developer few knows. He doesn´t talk much, but when he does, he can’t stop. Henrik’s work goal is best described by the quote:

Paolo Franco Fantoni
LIRA Creator and Expert
Paolo (M.Sc in Nuclear Engineering, University of Rome) has 40 years’ experience in process monitoring and diagnostics. He is the designer of the LIRA core, which started in 2003 at the Institute of Energy Technology in Norway.
Passion is in everything Paolo does. He is a dedicated Bridge player, but also likes to get away from the world and recharge with the energy of the Mediterranean sea on board of his 37 foot sailing boat.
